We believe in the Word of God. We believe without any reservation in the inspiration of the Old and New Testaments. We believe God's Word is without error and is God's revelation to mankind. We further believe:
- The virgin birth of Jesus Christ;
Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
- The sinless life of Jesus Christ;
Hebrews 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
- The atoning death of Jesus Christ on the cross;
1 John 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
- The bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ;
Luke 24:6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee
- The second coming of Jesus Christ;
Acts 1:10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
Acts 1:11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
- A place called heaven prepared for believers in Jesus Christ;
John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
John 14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
John 14:4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
- A place called hell for those who reject God's love in Christ;
Luke 16:23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
- Salvation is by the grace of Jesus Christ alone;
Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Ephesians 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
- The Great Commission that Christ gave to the church;
Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
- God is love and forgives people who come to Him in Christ;
Romans 5:8 But God commended his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
